Hanee Chavan

Hanee Chavan is a 23-year-old artist based in Mumbai, India. She started her writing career as a Teen Columnist for the National newspaper DNA and then went on to start her YouTube channel which has around 1,224,431 views. She has completed her Bachelors in Fine Arts - Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California with Honors. She has worked in multiple short films and Indie shorts which have done very well in the Film festival circuit. She was nominated for the British Short Film Awards as a Production Designer for the short film ‘Retrieval’ in 2021 among many others.She recently has also completed a Bollywood Film called ‘Yudhra’ with Excel Entertainment as a part of the Direction Team. Art has always been a medium of expression for Hanee as she continues to write, dance, make films, and paint among many other forms, as she uses art as the lens to show how she sees the world.
